Most of what we do is quiet by design. Our Expert Network — the proven operators and specialists we introduce to clients across MENA and beyond — is never published, and that will not change. But once in a while it is worth saying plainly what we are looking for, because the people we most want to hear from rarely come looking for us. This is one of those moments. We are widening the network, and we would like to meet a small number of exceptional new experts.

What we've been building

Alongside our advisory practice, Blue Ridge has built a carefully curated network of senior operators and deep technical experts. When a client faces a decision that calls for someone who has genuinely done the job before, we make an introduction — privately, under NDA — and the engagement is contracted and billed through us, with a Blue Ridge principal accountable throughout. The expert stays independent and unlisted. The client manages one relationship rather than a roster. As we wrote last year, the advantage increasingly belongs to those who can reach the very best people on demand.

Demand for that kind of access has grown — for advice, for expertise, and for the right introductions, across the Gulf and into the markets it connects to. So we are expanding the bench.

Who we're looking for

Two kinds of person, and ideally a little of both.

Captains of industry. Proven C-suite leaders — Chief Executives, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Revenue Officers and Chief Marketing Officers — who have built, scaled, financed and sold real businesses, and who can bring that judgement to bear on someone else's hardest decisions.

Deep-tech experts. Specialists with current, hard-won depth in the technologies that matter most right now: Telecoms, Artificial Intelligence, Hardware, Networking and Semiconductors. People who can tell the difference between a plan that will work and one that only sounds good.

What being on our books means

It is worth being precise, because this is not a job and we are not an employer.

  • You stay independent and unlisted. We don't employ you, and we never publish your name or profile. You remain your own principal.
  • You choose your mandates. Every engagement is opt-in. Take the work that fits your interests and your calendar; pass on the rest.
  • We handle the admin. Scoping, contracting, confidentiality and billing run through Blue Ridge. The work is billed to the client through us.
  • We bring you mandates worthy of your time. We screen the work as carefully as we screen the network. You hear from us when there is a serious mandate that fits.

Why now

The region's ambitions in technology are no longer abstract. Capital is committed, programmes are live, and the constraint is increasingly the same one everywhere: access to people who have genuinely done the specific thing before. The companies and investors we work with do not want a marketplace of names. They want the right person, at the right moment, with discretion taken as read. The better our network, the better we can answer that — which is exactly why we are widening the door now.

How to put your name forward

If this describes you — or someone whose judgement you would vouch for without hesitation — we would like to know. Applications are read in confidence by a Blue Ridge principal. There is no obligation, and nothing is ever published or shared without your permission. We respond to those that fit a current or anticipated need, and keep the rest on file.

Tell us who you are and where your depth lies. It takes a few minutes, it's entirely confidential, and it goes straight to a principal.
